Notes: This item must be removed by February 17, 2025, NO EXCEPTIONS. Dismantle, removal, loading and transportation is at the sole expense, risk and liability of the buyer. Proof of insurance must be provided to amanda.florence@skylandgrain.com before buyers enter the Skyland premises for the dismantle process to begin. Skyland Grain requires $1 Million in liability insurance, $2 Million in umbrella coverage, or a combination of $2 Million total coverage. Additionally, $1 Million workman’s compensation coverage is required for all companies. No personnel from Skyland Grain will be available for loading, nor will any equipment be provided. All resources are solely the responsibility of the buyer(s). The Bill of Sale must be presented to Skyland Grain prior to removal.
