Steel Building Frame (NP5872), approx. 60' x 90' steel frame building, 16' at low eves, 21' at peak, SELLING THE BUILDING FRAME ONLY, all structural framing, wall girts, roof purlins and bolts for the building ARE INCLUDED, wall sheeting, roof sheeting, trims, walk doors and overhead doors ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Notes: Building is disassembled, on the ground and ready to be loaded, seller has a forklift/telehandler for loading assistance, free of charge to the buyer. Removal, loading and transportation is at the sole expense, risk and liability of the buyer. Must be removed by April 3, 2025, NO EXCEPTIONS.
